Thread: Cant publish

My website is www.bluecrabwatersports.com
I cant seem to publish because I am using the wrong password...
I seem to have a couple provided by the welcome email...but none
are working this problem.
Any ideas?

IP address - from the dropdown list
Username

General...

I did have the IP wrong....but the other two are off of my welcome email
Username and password.....

still can't publish....
Any other clues...?

i would put in a support ticket. be careful that you are copy and paste your username and password. i have had a space at the beginning and it would not work. if you copy and paste, you will know for sure that it is correct.

I am having a similar problem as the IP address provided does not come up in the IP list when i try to publish my website...do you have any suggestions for me?

I have sent a ticket to customer support but no one has responded yet! also i do not know what my control panel username is where do i find this?

It's bad form to hijack an existing thread. Start one of your own.
Download The web builder again and your IP# will be there. This will not cause a loss of files.
You CP username is the username that you use to publish.
