You will need to install additional php software which is available in cPanel>Fantastico Deluxe.
Select the one you want to use and install.
The program will be installed in seconds.
HOWEVER:
You should learn more about each software program before installing.
You should gauge your own level of expertise on whether you are capable of managing your forum or,
