Thread: Border around page

I was wondering how you put a border around a web page. My pages are set at 980 and marked to center in the browser. I have a 24 inch screen and the up loaded background covers the whole 24 inches. I would like to border the 980 pages with the uploaded back ground, and have the rest of the screen area I am not using a gray color. The page is backyardastronomer.net

Insert a shape (either rectangle, rounded rectangle, etc.) size it as you want, set it to transparent then you can set the border as you wish. Just make sure to move the shape to the back.
