Thread: Form malfunction

My contact form all of a sudden just is not functioning properly. I have a success and error page that were working fine when a customer submits a question. Now when someone submits a question, the design from my success page appears in combination with the writing of another page. How is this possible? I have tried republishing the pages, but the same problem persists. Please help!

Sent a message with all the fields as test. Seemed to send ok & got the success page.

That is not the success page. It is the sold out page combined with the success design page. That is what I am trying to explain.

If you notice what the writing says. It says, "Sorry we're out. Please contact us when this product becomes available. It is supposed to say, "thank you, your information has been submitted." So, I do not understand why it is combining two different pages.

sent a test and worked on this end

Yes, because I fixed it. I originally had inserted an image and had writing within it. For some reason the pages were intertwining. I replaced it with a plain text. Now it works fine.
