Thread: Cannot open BV software in Windows 7

I have Windows 7 and I downloaded 11.0 and for some reason I cannot even open Blue Voda. I get the following error:

"There was a problem sending the command to the program."

Is anyone else having the same issue? Does anyone have a fix for it?
I cannot find anything in the forums right now.

Try reinstalling and ignore what Win 7 tells you and carry on with installation.

I am using Vista x64 and has not encountered any problem.
