My computer crashed lost everything can I recover anything from the site builder?

yes. If you have publised.
Browse your site > Save As.

Use BV at File open New Page > existing HTML page ... go to where you save them

Usually a crashed computer doesn't have its hard disk completelly lost. Usually it is the Operating System that fails.

With 4 crashed computers over the years, I never lost anything. I simply install (temporarily) the broken hard disk on another computer, and I recover my files.

Otherwise use WS Blue's advise to import your pages from the site, IF you had published them.
