Thread: Publish: IP addresses

Hi
When you try to publish your page a list of Server IPs is available. What are they, where do they come from & why are IP addesesses used instead of plain english? I know where I want to publish and have published several websites in other programs but have absolutely no idea what the IP address is & have not seen it in any similar software.

An IP address is plain English & is one good reason to have an IP address as numbers as it is also something that is recognised internationally being a number.
If your using BV it will only work on a VH server & will only publish to the ip address given to you when you joins with a paid account.
