Thread: Web publishing

Hi

Can anybody help, I have come to the stage where i want to publish my website, I have recieved the email from voda with password, username and an IP address but when i go to publish the page the Ip address is not there only a few Ip address numbers are but not mine........please can anybody make a suggestion as i am new to all of this..........
