Thread: filie not showing up in ftp file manager

Hi i up loaded some files in the ftp manager and i need to rename one of them it won't let me do it in the website builder. I was told i had to go through the cpanel and do it in the file manager however the file i need to rename won't show up in the cpanel only on the ftp manager that is in the website builder it shows the file is there but the cpanel does not.

what is the url of the file? I am asking so I can see if it is in the public folder. You may have uploaded it to a different folder.
