Thread: image fade not working?

Hello guys, thought you might be able to help me with the image fade function on AD Banner Rotator. Trouble is is just wont FADE. help please?

not sure what you want to do, i looked at your site and see the pictures on the right that change through the ad banner, i assusme. if you want better transitions, i would suggest you use movie maker and use their transitions. the problem with movie maker is that you have a wmv file that only plays with windows media, not everyone has this, so i would normally convert this to a swf/flash file and it will play promptly and in all browsers. if you do not have this capability, just send me the pictures and i would be glad to send this back to you. if you want to see what im talking about, just go here:

Its fading for me in FireFox.

I've also noticed that it works with FIREFOX and not IE. why is this?

is this a software bug issue with BV?
