Thread: Password problem

My host account is www.safersecurityproducts.com which is a Soho account and I have added www.safersecure.com which is built with Blue Voda builder.
I set up the account with a password but could not publish because it said incorrect password.

I went back into the Cpanel and changed the password waited 24 hours or more still no luck it says incorrect PW. This is a new site has not been published before.

I have downloaded and installed the latest version of BV. Still don't work.

What do I need to do.

Looks like you named your page as " Index " instead of " index ".

Are you publishing to the correct IP address ? MEaning that, there have been some changes in servers last month. Which server are you on ?

I didn't kow it made a differance about the Index or index but I have the problem fixed now with the help of our fine support team.
