I have not yet published my webpage, but when I do, how do I go back and edit it?

After I edit it, how do I save it--do I just publish the changed page and it will save the changes? Or will it publish the edited version as well as the original?

Do I make my own URL address?

Open your original page in BV, edit it, Save it, Republish it. Re-publishing overwrittes the old page.
What do you mean "Do I make my own URL address?", all the URLs of your pages will be http://www.yourdomain.com/pagename.html

When you register for your VodaHost account you will choose a domain name. Your URL will be something along these lines: http://www.mydomain.com/index.html this is an example and what your homepage (index) would be.

When you make your pages they will be stored on your pc and when ready you will publish them (but the originals stay in your pc). You can edit your pages as and when you like. Then when you're happy you just re-publish them - as many times as you like.
