Thread: page loading too slow...

My webpage takes forever... like 8 or 9 minutes to load. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If its this site? moultrietoday.com one of the pages just locked up my browser. Feels like there is a bad script on the page or a very large video.

I’m having the same problem.
I’m trying to reduce a file size of a PDF so I can put into a website. When I get the PDF each is page is 11”x 22” and has 20 pages in the file. When I upload it to the BV server it takes at least 10 min. to upload. After I go to the web address www.valleywidenewspaper.com/hesperiaresorter.html to check it out, the page takes 3 or 4 min. until I can see it. How do change the PDF file size so I can speed up the process?

With large files you are usually better just giving a sample of what its about & offering a zipped download.
