Thread: Songs per page

Hi,
I wonder if any one can help me.

I have 7 different Song Groupings ie:- Alternative Rock, Ballads, Blues, Blues Rock, Christian, Country/Pop & Political (UK).

I am attempting to put my own songs onto my web pages, using Windows Media Audio (WMA), is there any limit to how many songs I can put on each page?

File size and download speed will limit you.
Your page should load in 8 sec or so on a cable connection for the US.
Not sure of ISP speeds in GB.

You might be better with a flash player similar to this.
Just upload all your tracks to your server & fill out the details on the above link.

Here is a working example that I did for someone using BV, and using Chris's suggestion a while back.

Hi, the one above works well in all browsers & is free with no adds showing.
Trying to find one like that is not quite so easy.

I'm not sure about this site Plebius.org, as they are asking permission to use camera, microphone, and storage space on my computer.

Would appreciate your thoughts.

Hi Chris,

I went back to Plebius.org & when you right click on the mp3 image you get the words settings & Adobe flash player info,
Click on Settings and a folder opens up the:-

1st one is to enable accelerator hardware.
2nd is to deny access to your microphone & camera.
3rd is where it asks "how much information can plebius.org store on your computer?" there is a slider which moves from unlimited to none.
4th & 5th is to do with microphone & USB video device.

In need of further advice.
