Catchpa image suddenly disappeared from website pages after loading to new voda server.

Any ideas?

Yes, re-published to new server advised by Vodahost.

I downloaded BV 11.4 and installed to a partition that runs Windows 7.
I did not want to get rid of BV10.2 on my main system (XP).
I am not able to help you with your problem. I can suggest rebuilding the form from scratch and publishing to see if that will work.
Short of that.....submit a support ticket explaining the issue happened on the server change.
I would like to know the solution.....please

Tried building a form from scratch and that still did not work.

Yes, put in a support ticket, but trouble is that they are not responding to it..so really up the creek at the moment with no support.

Will let you know if and when they respond, otherwise will need to take catchpa image off pages at the moment and see if I can get one somewhere else.

Did you ever look in your server and see if there might be a "CAPTCHA" folder in your public_html before the server change?

No, I did not check, as was not expecting anything to change per the email message from vodahost.

Yes, maybe the Catchpa file has gone missing in the change-over, but do not know how I get the file. This is where support should be assisting too via the support ticket.

Seems like some of the necessary php image functions for the captcha are not installed on the new server.

This is the error of the captcha script:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function imagecreatetruecolor() in /home/mdbnnbpw/public_html/captcha1.php on line 17

Submit a support ticket asking VH to install the missing functions.

Catchpa issue has now been fixed on new Server by Voda Support
