Hi,

I can't see my sites again. www.foto.ribolov.com and www.slodental.com. As usual, all others can.
Can this be related to blocking IP in statcounter? I blocked my home and work comp IP. I unblock it few minutes ago but I still can't see my sites.

I can see perfectly slodental. I can also see foto.ribolov, though it is the standard vodahostdomains page (maybe you have not yet set the nameservers. And yes, if you have blocked your IP, this could prevent you from seing your sites, though in theory it shouldn't.

What is standard vodahostdomain page and how can I set nameservers? What will I get ?

Should I install statcounter again without IP blocking.

Contact them and ask them to point your nameservers to your vodahost account servers. If your main account is slodental.com, the nameservers are:

ns3.vodahost.com
ns4.vodahost.com

About the IP i don't know what to suggest. It shouldn't have blocked your IP in any way in the first place. Try uninstalling it completely to see if you can see your site, then if it works, install it again without IP block

domaine name is fotoribolov.com not a ribolov.com.

I have looked for foto.ribolov.com because that is what you have posted in your first post here. Now that i have the correct name, i checked and www.fotoribolov.com comes up prerfectly.

Please config your name servers. When you a new domain. You have to coinfig it. It does not automatically know what your name servers are.

Is config of servers the problem? How can I configure my nameservers? My account in vodahost domains showing only one domaine name ; slodental.com . I can't configure fotoribolov.com there.

You don't need to do anything. Both me and ***** have been mislead by your first post in the thread. You have refered your site as www.foto.ribolov.com whilst the correct is www.fotoribolov.com . This one is correctly set at ns3.vodahost.com and ns4.vodahost.com . If you can't see your site it's because you have either blocked yourself out or your ISP's connection or IP database is down.
