Thread: Updating a BV website anywhere?

Would just like to know whether it's possible to use BV anywhere else on any computer with access to internet without having to install BV SiteBuilder? I travel a lot and the kind of website that I want to launch in the days to come might require me to update existing pages or create new ones.
