Thread: My page not centering in Explorer

I have centered my pages in browser, and they work in all browsers but internet explorer.
I have done everything according to your tutorials, but for some reason IE centers all the images, but not the text or the elements, like my youtube videos.

Please help me with this. I have a lot of clients that rely on this calendar for their promotions, and IE is not reading my page correctly.

Hi everyone! I am so thankful that this support exists, because I have always found my answers here and never had to post before.
But I have a MAJOR PROBLEM
My site works GREAT in all browsers except Internet Explorer.
My panic is b/c I have my bosses looking at my site tomorrow to determine if I can handle their web design account. If they use IE to look at my site, they will think I am a dumb a**
I have studied the Blue Voda way now for 2 years, and I am stumped.

Just to be clear, and to not waster your time, here is what I have done so far to troubleshoot:

1. I have built all pages from the left
2. I have read every thread I can find searching this problem
3. I have "Centered in Browser"
4. I have aligned my page to 985 width
5. I have hit Control A and made sure there are no straggling invisible edges

PS- I am willing to hire someone to help me with this ASAP

Could the fact that my Google calendar does not align in internet explorer have something to do with the I Frame code that says: Position Absolute??
I have no way to manipulate this code, however.

Is there another way to embed a calendar and video without iframe?

I can see no difference between IE & FF. No alignment problems other than a slight bit of overlap in FF with the hit counter.
Your page is not centered in either browser for me.

Do you know why? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot help any further without seeing the actual BV page.

What is the next step? Can I send you my index file?
I REALLY need help on this one. I have never asked for help from the forum b4, self taught Blue Voda loyalist, but this curve ball in the design capabilities is almost a deal-breaker for me.

Note: The pics and background and tabs centered PERFECTLY while the Youtube vids, the words and the google calendar did not.
It's almost like the back layers centered and the front layers didn't.
Weird. When you look at the page in Chrome or Firefox, it's PERFECTLY centered.
I am lost.
