i would like to add a russian translation of my website on my site could you please advise how i go about this. many thanks

Do you speak Russian? If not you need a translator, a good one, this can be costly though. Don't use an internet based translation program!

To create the pages, just create a new sub folder and duplicate each page name into Russian and change the text on each consecutive page.
