    You are the designer.

Its all up to you to arrange the linking sequence.

Look at other websites on the net to get ideas for your own use.

Its usually the last thing you placed on a page is the 1st to load.

To change the load order of the published page, try the following:

If you have many items like html, menu, and other kinds of boxes, and
    of course the text box,

    1. View Source on the page and see what the load order is.

    2. Click on a box to select it.
    3. Save the page.

    4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for all boxes.

After you publish the page, View Source in browser
and see if it has changed the order.

Initially use trial and error method.

If it works, and you are all set with it,
would you come back here that it worked or not?

Chris, unless I am misunderstanding you here, I disagree..

The first thing that goes on a page in the builder is usually the first thing to show when opened in a browser.

I know this as a news site i regularly update by putting new news at the top and moving existing items down the page will download last unless I remove all the existing news, place the new articles on the page, then replace the old?
Don't aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.
