Thread: need help

hey i own a domain and hosting service. i just purchased another domain and added it as an addon. i published it to public_html/chasespradlin.com
and when i type in chasespradlin.com it doesnt work.

how long does it take for an addon domain to start working????

Normally 24-48hrs, sometimes faster

or try to publish it without extension
only chasespradlin

wats the process of adding a new domain. maybe i missed a step. i bought the domain, added it as an addon and then published to the folder. does vodahost have to assign it or something...?

You have to make sure that it is pointed to your name server.

VodaHost does not need to assign anything.
