Thread: BV toolbars ?

Hi,
On my BV screen at the bottom left I have a toolbar which does not seem
to do anything !!!!
I assume that this toolbar will connect me to Cpanel or tutorials or whatever
but nothing is working on this toolbar only......
Any suggestions ?????

Are you online when trying to click those buttons? Anyway the same functios are also available through the Help toolbar, so try clicking there.
