It shouldn't make any difference if you are on wireless. I publish when using wireless sometimes with no problem.

Well I keep on getting internet error 12029 the atemp to conect to server fail I have disable my fire walls I ENVEN UNISTALL MY VISRUS PROTECTION CAN PUBLISH PLEASE HELP

Try to disable you Virus Protestion for few minutes when publishing, your router may not recognize BV ftp until you configure it.

I only ever use Wi Fi
try
tools>options>publish>connection timeout
and increase the values accordingly.
