Thread: Help cannot login to my ftp en cpanel

Iam trying to connect with ftp and cpanel but he dont let me.

4)When i try to login with ftp i get this message:
Internet Exception Error 12014
Details:
The request to connect and log on to the ftp server could not be completed because the supplied pasword is incorrect. (i use the pasword that you gave me)
When i try to get in to my cpanel i get the message login attempt failed.

Ok i submit a ticket but now i can not login in to support center to overview my ticket and dont tell me to use the right pasword because i allready did ask twice for the pasword and everytime he tells me invalid name or pasword. I did try to register again but the email already excist. and still i cannot login to FTP and cpanel can someone please tell me what iam doing wrong.Is this because i am using Firefox.

Ok its works now but i have one question in the IE he plays the background sounds and in firefox not do i need to do something special.

I don't know...If it works in IE, just use IE for your cpanel.
