Go to View, Toolbars, and check the Toolbars that you want.

How can I go to VIEW if there is no tool bar there with VIEW on it. There is nothing on the page that I can click on and get a response except to right click on the page and the options available there are of no use.

right click on whatever tool left on your bv, then check menubar, your toolbars will comeback for you

Thanks. Right clicked on left margin and was able to bring the view menu up and it was clear sailing from there.
