It pays to bite my tongue and simply repeat the same instructions time after time in hopes people actually follow them, eh? How many times did I suggest it was a "connection issue" or to "reset your modem" or whatever, right?

Thanks for taking the time out to let me (and the others) know, though ... it is the small affirmations that mean the most!
