Is there a way that I provide the password for a visitor after he/she signs up, instead of them inputing their own password? Thank you.

No.
You are describing a feature-full scripts such as found in forums or CMS foundations as they actually create Profiles, whereas the Login systems usable with Blue Voda do not.

You can do this in Blue Voda if you design something more along the lines of an email system, where to Register, they send you a request, and then you can manually register them on their behalf yourself, creating a special Password. Seems rather illogical, however.
