    1) Take a screen shot.
    2) Did you use the free domain we provided for you as part of your email address during the sign up proccess???

Submit a support ticketr and ask them to resend your welcome email.

    1) sorry if i am taking this back to basics, but how do you take a screen shot? I used to know how, but maybe what i've done in the past isn't working in this scenario.

2)No, i requested my domain through another site, is that why i'm having problems? or should i just send a support ticket still?

you can use print screen on your PC keyboard and then paste it to graphic editor like photo paint, photoshop etc. you also can use others screen shot software, easier and more simple

So i am in Bluevoda, looking at my page, i want to do a screen shot. do i need to highlight it. I used the print screen button, but it won't paste or anything. I know this can't be as hard as i'm making it. I just want to use it in another format.

There is a button on your keyboard that says "Print Screen".

yes, i am familiar with that button, but if i push it while in the bluevoda program it doesn't do anything. if i go to publish preview and push the print screen button, it copies the whole window. I just want to take the .bvp file that i created and convert it to a jpeg file. is there a way to highlight the page in bv that i'm missing. i seem to only be able to select individual layers, not the page as a whole.

There is no other way, take a screen shot, trim it with paint shop and save it as a jpeg.

OK, i did that, but it only captures what i currently see, not what you have to scroll down to see. I emailed a girl my file as .bvp and she did something, somehow and returned it back to me as a jpg. Do you think she just did a copy and paste of each layer in a photoshop? and saved as jpeg?

Try scrolling down and then do a printscreen. I don't know how she did and the others probably won't either. Sorry :o)
