Thread: Hello - I need help

Hi everyone and administrator.
I am a little frustrated after several hours of poor response from the support people. I realize I am not well versed in VODA (yet) however, I have been maintaining my web sites for 17 years and I can't even get access to the control panel or the information I need to tell my registrar(s) where to point the five domains. I was told that a control panel IP would be sent to me via email to access the control panel and even that hasn't happened. Any Help would be appreciated.

Several hours? You should receive all the info you need when you purchase your Voda hosting--be sure to look in your junk mail folder just in case. In can take a couple of days. People here on the forum can't step in for Support; we are customers just like you.
