Thread: Problems

Over the last few days I keep going through long periods where I can't access my control panel or view my site... I'm doing all things advised....running window washer,rebooting etc etc...no settings on pc,firewall or internet have been changed in this period. I'm fed up opening support tickets now.
Can anyone using the voda3 server... please see if you can see my site without errors and use a link on it.
I don't know what else I can do.

I am also having the same problems. I have been over, and over this issue with my pc, internet settings, firewall, and support tickets, one after another, I don't remember how many times.(also deleted cookies and internet files), even downloaded the window washer too. Nothing seems to work. Your site is not coming up, nor is mine. I also have Voda3.

I have no solution, or what else to do.

Anyone else with Voda3 having this issue?

Hi ...yeah ...my friends can see my site but I can't ....I have changed nothing since I last viewed it...I can publish fine ...but can't get on control panel or view site...tearing my hair out here...I have opened support ticket...but apart from the usual advice nothings works ...then suddenly it's works....without me changing anything ....then it goes for hours again.

I also can't view Birds site either...it just seems like I'm blocked out.

just to give a wee bit more info...when I click on cp button I get the page with list of servers....I can click on any on of them and get the username password window ...except mine ... I get cannot display webpage.Like when I try to view my site.

Here Is The Crack

If you enter your password or username wrong 3 times in a 24 hour period
you will be blocked from the server, the only way to unblock you is for you
to open a support ticket and have us do it....

This is why the rest of the world can see your site and you can not.

Still unable to see kirkcaldypete's site, mine, navaldesign, and girl on the hill sites. they will not open. We all have Voda3, I have opened a support ticket, have not received word yet what is wrong. Anyone else having problems with seeing our sites?

All I get is cannot find server. page unavailable?

I did a google search on mine, it doesn't load there either? (cache)

No way way this is a password issue....I now have a new password tho.
When I publish pages or use my control panel I always have 'remember my username and password' box checked ...also for that to be the case the amount of times this problem has popped up this week I'd have to have entered the wrong password 12 times.Twice this week it has happened where I can't view my site or access the control panel for a few hours then without me opening a ticket I get in.When I opened my ticket I was told my IP was not being blocked.

1) If you cant see sights on Voda3 you are blocked.

2) Did you ask us to submit your sight to Google???

If no..You have your answer.

If Yes...Have you waited the 6-8 weeks required for Google to index your site?

If yes to the above, please submit a support ticket.

As for you my Scottish friend, I can see your site just fine....could be your ISP's transatlantic connection. Or
Your blocked.

Anyway these are not forum issues, these are customer support help desk issues. This thread is now closed.
