Thread: menu bar with hover options

I am not only new to BlueVoda but also to web page editing in general, and in my playing around with the tools and trying to figure this thing out I haven't found any way to add a menu bar with a sub-menu.
I'm sure that's the wrong lingo, but one example of what I'm talking about is ATT.com and also Amazon.com.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
