Thread: UTF8 not displaying correctly

Hello BV support,

After reinstalling windows 7 on my system and editing the previous .bv files, I published them. Unfortunately, something went wrong and the same text that was not changed, all the text is ëøâò ..
What made this happen? Even without editing the files and just uploading them again after reinstalling windows, the encoding is changed.
I really disappointed as I got it and google will index my site in some hours and will scan the site incorrectly.

Did you set BV to use UTF-8 ?

You need to:

1. Go to Tools, Options, and check the last checkbox: Enable UNICODE .........
2. In Page properties, set the chra set to UTF-8 (allpages)
3. Puablish again

Test one page in Preview then in Publish mode and post back.
