Thread: Resize Issues

My webpage won't resize with the browser like when I minimize the window the content stays in the same position or gets cut off, I tried looking on google all night with no help. What am I doing wrong? The webpage isn't complete still work in progress so I having nothing I can show you.

I want it so it won't look ugly and that it will fit into my browser at a smaller size.
