    Default Border colour

I cant seem to keep the picture border Black, it always reverts to bright blue.
Ive tried saving blk as a custom colour and saving etc it still resorts to blue. The home page is fine, it started on the subpages:

It seems as though you have set the Hyperlink style to have linked objects in Blue. Go to page properties, Background, and set the Link colour to Black.
