Thread: Lock page size to 800X600, can it be done?.

Hi,
Can anyone tell me if when making a page up with BV is there a way to size my page to 800x600 & lock those dimensions? As every time I go back to edit a page if I drag something outside the page dimensions that I set, the entire page sizes go to pot & you have to remember to reset the page size again.
Also! Is 800X600 a good size to set the page at for most screens or can i go a little larger?

Nope!

It happens to me sometimes too. Best thing to do is open a shape and make it really skinny and long (like a vertical line) and then choose a color for it-say black. Pllace it on the 775 mark. That way it will help you keep your content inside the lines!

Well- 800 is the width you want to stay within. To be safe, a wise old sage once suggested that he himself tries to stay in and around the 775 number. And if he says it- it has to be gospel! (Naveldesign- does that sound familiar? Hee hee hee hee)

Any way- it is just a safe guard number.
