My name is Eddy, client id is 6284. website is www.uniqueasthmatreatmentsecrets.com.

I have successfully upload a website eg.. www.abc123.com.... can I ask how to upload subdomain name eg.. www.abc123.com/testingsurvey.html

Hi Eddy,
Go into your Cpanel, under subdomains and add a new directory called testingsurvey.
When you go to upload from BV add /testingsurvey before you click to upload.
What you should now have in the publish popup is
public_html/testingsurvey
.
Keep an eye on this box because you will publish to whatever it contains.....
