Thread: Cannot publish page with form

I know I am doing something wrong...but I cannot figure out what it is. www.sacredheartmilledgeville.org/vetquilt.html is the page I am attempting to publish. Before I designed the form, the page published perfect...then I addes the form and it will not publish properly. I checked to assure it was a php and published...but no form. Then I went back and changed to html and that time the form apeared in HTML code at the top of the page.

What am I missing?

Your correct page is http://www.sacredheartmilledgeville.org/vetquilt.php and not http://www.sacredheartmilledgeville.org/vetquilt.html

So just delete this .html page from the server and link your menus correctly to the .php page.

Thanks! Now one more thing now that I can open the page...when I fill the form and hit submit, I get an error 404.

Because yu have not published your "success" and "error" pages (both html)
