Thread: publish failed

I didn't use the publish feature for a few month, today I tried.

I got a

Internet Exception error 12014
the request to connect and log on to ftp server could not bee completed because the supplied password is incorrect.

I noticed I had version 11 of BV, I upgraded to latest version 12 and still cannot upload. The password never changed
and even resetting it did not make a difference.

Are you publishing to the correct IP address ?
Maybe you are on a server that has changed ?

Log in your Control Panel, expand the left side Stats, and check to see the server IP address.
