Deleting Soho

I started my sub-domain in Soho and after finding that shopping cart won't do what I want - reverted back to BV - I love BV -

Do I need to remove Soho entirely before I can publish BV. Just want to make sure I do it correctly and don't make any mistakes. And do I need to delete the individual pages from Soho before I remove it from the control panel?

if you don't need better you delete, uninstall through fantastico and all the file will be deleted include their database
