Thread: Problem to open the site properly

Hi
l think the problem is the connection bettwen bertensports.com and bertensports.ca.
When l go to bertensports.ca everything is ok, the problem is when l plug me in on bertensports.com

my domain name is bertensports.ca but everybody is using bertensports.com ( we did not have any problem before to connected to bertensports.ca by using bertensports.com)
So when we use bertensports.com it takes few minutes before the front page going on and after nothing is happening its downloading and downloading and downloading and freeze, l can not close the window.

What should l do
