can't use Noah's Classifieds

Ok, I have everything installed but there is still a small problem. It won't let me log in as admin. Searching through the support forums at Noah's it appears that the issue may be with our PHP version. Ours is 4.4.1 and it requires 4.4.2. Is there anyway to upgrade it or is there a plan for upgrading in the near future?

1) Who are you?
2) Which server are you on?
3) Please provide a link to the php info and I will take a look.

Here is the server I'm on 70.86.134.194 if that's what you need. The info regarding the php I found in my cpanel under "General Server Information". I'm just assuming we all have the same. I could be wrong. I tried to attach the information copied from my cpanel but it said the attachment file is too big.
