Andy and Amanda, Thanks to you both for the help with the contact page. Andy...tha's the best tutorial on getting a simple form and preparing you for harder stuff later. Now not to sound stupid...but I will...I did a test run (can I do that on my own e-mail) to see if I got my mail and I'm not seeing anything in either of my mailboxes (horde or squirrel mail). By the way...I never set those up really..they were already there so waz up wid that..hmmm...or maybe it's jsut me having a twilight zone moment... Any advice on this would be great. Thanks a million guys. I have a bunch of other questions..but I'll try not to tax your brains right now. later mon'

beegud2- Naveldesign and I discovered (by accident) that some of the servers are allowing the form contents to be sent DIRECTLY to an outside e-mail service such as Yahoo, Hotmail or gmail etc..... While other servers do not allow this. To be safe- have the php script send the contents of your form to your Squirrel mail or Horde- (which ever one you use). Once that is done- have it forward all incomming mail to your out side e-mail. You have a default e-mail set up already. I advise not to use that one. Create a new one such as webmaster@yourwebsite.com Then make sure to set up the password to access it. Test it to make sure you can recieve e-mails. Once that is done- modify your script and add that e-mail address. That should work. Go to the tutorials to see how to set up an e-mail account. Andy (PS- thanks for the kind review of the tutorial)

Hi Andy, Thanks for the advice. Yeah I discovered that the email was making me connect to the hotmail and actually discovered the very thing you told me to do by 'chumming' up to my c-panel...we're buds now (until the next disaster) and all is working well with the e-mail. Now if only my sub-domain would come on and I would'nt have to turn in to a raving lunatic. Thanks a bunch again.
