About LinkBacksI have purchased a domain name (on 10th April) and paid for voada host annual billing etc, but I have not received a welcome email so do not have any ip address. How do I get this?

1) Check or bulk mail, Junk mail and spam folders. It is very possible
that your welcome email has been diverted...
failing that...

Problem is I can't login as I haven't got a password.
I sent a password reminder email but nothing has come back - so what do I do now?
I only have aprint out of my vodhasot order wizard that has a transaction ID number!

I have also sent a password reminder but it is telling me I am not registered?
However - I have been receving emails to that address ever since I signed up?
