I have purchased a domain name (on 10th April) and paid for voada host annual billing etc, but I have not received a welcome email so do not have any ip address. How do I get this?

Problem is I can't login as I haven't got a password. I sent a password reminder email but nothing has come back - so what do I do now? I only have aprint out of my vodhasot order wizard that has a transaction ID number! |
