Thread: can't publish my website

Hi,
sorry to be such a dinosaur at this! I can't publish my website

I have saved the pages, watched the tutorial and done everything it says but I just get the index page with all the folders on it.
Can someone please help?

Make sure you are using the correct username and password and you are publishing to the correct IP address.

I'm having that same problem tracy...This is alot harder than I expected it to be...after reading for hours and watching the tutorials, I'm still finding this a HUGE challenge. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

What page do you want people to see when they type in your website?
I ask because I do not see an index page. Your "Home" page, which I presume is what you want people to see first is named "indexmindplay".

Do this- pull up your indexmindplay page in the BV web builder. Now save as "index" and then publish it to the server. Then all will be solved.

You see- the public_html folder is set up so that when someone types in your URL it automatically serves up the webpage named "index". If it cannot find "index" it simply displays all files in the public_html folder.

I have looked at the other pages and the site looks really nice.
