Thread: Welcome Letter/ IP address

I just signed up for my domain name www.andric-unlimited.com, and webhosting. I downloaded BlueVoda. Then I saw the eCommerce software and wanted to download it. However, I do not know my Voda Host server location when I try and login to my Control Panel.

Does this come in a welcome letter? How long does it take to receive this?

It should come pretty quickly but they sometimes end up in Junk folders - so check there!

You may receive a welcome mail but your acct must be activated. Depending on you location BV is trying to minimize fraud. I remeber I received my welcome letter within 24 hrs.

email within this time frame, please submit a support iticket.
