    Default Cannot publish - cannot enter Ticket service : wrong passwords

    Hi
    I havenīt published in a longer time and I have not changed any password, but when I try now I cannot do it, they say me wrong password. The same happens with the ticket service : wrong password.

    Please help me out here.

    Do not try to Login to the Support Panel .... simply create a new Support Ticket (no password or registration is required) being sure to enter your active Domain Name, your User Name, and a valid email address they can reply back to you at: REQUEST A PASSWORD RESET and also think to ask to confirm the IP that you are supposed to publish to (servers are regularly updated, and IP numbers change, so you will need confirmation that you are publishing to the correct IP).
