Thread: Help needed please on broken links

I receieved this post on another forum about my site and need help on understanding why i have some broken links coming up when I can view it fine, also the broken links are repeated pages that it can find a link to.
Very confused so could anyone shed any light on the problem?
And what I may need to do.

Hi Pau;,

I just went through your site with no problem, I went back and forth on your links and got everyone. Did you fix it?

you forgot the underscores in all of the links

And, Sometimes, It all has to do with security, I got security reports about your paypal cookies being blocked some users run high security settings which depending on the software will direct them to see an error page as a broken link my software blocks certian cookies but lets me view the site

you may want to check your PAYPAL HTML CODE for maybe crossed links you may have to reset the code because paypal may have changed the code:

did not come up either but 404message did

but when i went to your site I could access the pages from your buttons

its because your links are named cdsandtapes.html when the link is: cds_and_tapes.html
you forgot the underscores in all of them

So you are saying that you cant put all the words together? (cdandtapes.html) It has to be seperated with underscores? So if I have a page that is About Us, it has to be liked as www,xxxxxx.com/about _ us.html? Dont mind the comma, I just didnt want the example web link to be undelined so you couldnt see the underscore.

No, you don't have to use underscores unless you want to space the words. aboutus and about_us are both fine.
