    Exclamation Website Reset

I found that SohoLaunch is what I am really looking to use, rather than Blue Voda (or maybe in addition to, when I get more confident). Anyway, yesterday I opened a ticket and asked that my domain be reset so I could download SohoLaunch, and it still hasn't happened yet. How long does this take, because I have watched almost every tutorial and am anxious to get started!

    My domain is andric-unlimited.com

    Thanks.

Have you already published in BV? Cuz if not, you just need to start working in Soho. I actually did the opposite - and I had published in Soho - but I just deleted Soho out and republished with BV and that was that. The name servers are the same.
