linking my pages together problem

when i preview my website in my browser, this comes up:

BlueVoda has generated HTML for the current page only and as a result all internal links are disabled.

To enable these links be sure to publish all referenced pages to your website and specify their absolute URLs in the link properties.

i dont know what this means so can someone help me out?

It means that you must publish your pages in order for your links to work.

ok thanks i now know how to make a hyperlink

but i still get the same message when i click a link in a preview
